By requesting a quote, placing an order, or working with PQMedical in any capacity, you agree to the terms outlined below.
PQMedical is committed to producing high-quality, custom cut and sew textile products designed specifically for medical and healthcare applications. Every project is approached with care, precision, and a focus on long-term performance.
We stand behind the workmanship of our products and aim to resolve issues fairly and professionally if they arise.
All PQMedical products are custom manufactured. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of request and are valid for a limited period. Because each project is unique, pricing, materials, and lead times may change if project specifications change.
Orders are confirmed once we provide written acknowledgment. Production begins only after order approval.
Payment terms are outlined in your quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within the stated payment period. Timely payment allows us to maintain production schedules and continue providing consistent service.
Production timelines are estimates based on current workload, material availability, and project complexity. While we make every effort to meet estimated timelines, custom manufacturing may occasionally require adjustments.
We will communicate openly if timelines change.
We ask that all products be inspected promptly upon receipt. If there are questions or concerns regarding workmanship or conformance to the agreed specifications, please notify us as soon as possible so we can review and address the issue.
PQMedical stands behind the quality of its workmanship. Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery when used as intended.
Warranty coverage applies to normal use and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, modification, improper care, or normal wear over time. Because our products are custom manufactured, warranty remedies may include repair, replacement, or other solutions determined appropriate for the specific situation.
Any applicable product-specific warranties offered by PahaQue are incorporated by reference.
Because PQMedical products are custom made to specification, returns are generally not accepted. If an issue arises related to workmanship or manufacturing accuracy, we will work with you to determine the best path forward.
While we take pride in our work, PQMedical’s responsibility is limited to the cost of the products or services provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our products.
All designs, patterns, and manufacturing methods developed by PQMedical remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. We respect the confidentiality of customer projects and work collaboratively to protect proprietary information.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our operations or services. Updates apply to future orders and will be posted on this page.
